Relationship abuse/ Narcissistic trauma can seem overwhelming, confusing, and lonely. You do not have to figure it out alone, as you will be working with a Certified Narcissist Specialist who has walked her own healing journey while mentoring others along the way.

I am a Transformational Life coach, master of cultivating a new self-image,
overcomer of narcissistic trauma, and a recovered people-pleaser.
